• Disc combination structure; choose different discs according to the required oil amounts at the lubrication point and combine the discs according to the actual needs.
• Make series connection and second stage and third stage oil distribution.
• Each oil feeding port is mounted with safety valve and overpressure overflow indicator, so that the distributor can work normally when the lubrication point is blocked. And the blocked point is displayed at the indicator.
• All the overflowed grease from the safety valve can flow in the oil tank of lubrication pump through port T.

1. As for standard models, the amount of the oil feeding ports is even number within 6~20. If you need oil feeding port of odd number or less than 6, indicate your needs in the remarks.

Safety valve and overpressure instruction
The distributor is mounted with safety valve. If the loading pressure is higher than the set pressure of safety vale(10Mpa) at any oil inlet of the distributor, the safety valve will automatically open the oil return channel so that the pressurized oil will return to the pump body. The overpressure indicator will reach out so that you can observe the pressure of the lubricating points. The other oil outlets of the distributor can still work normally. When the pressure at the lubricating point is below the starting pressure of the safety valve, the safety valve can automatically close the oil return channel, thus the oil feeding is normal.
